Fold-Over Elastic (FOE) headbands are a great choice when making basic simple headbands!
Just add a flower or any adornment you wish to a crocodile clip,
and then clip it onto the band mounting loop. Simple!
Even better is that the flowers become interchangeable between your various bands,
or they can each be worn separately as a band or a hair clip!
